Swancare Solutions Ltd was founded with a single purpose: to provide the highest quality supported living for adults with complex needs — delivered with dignity, expertise, and genuine care.
Our story
Swancare Solutions was established by experienced care professionals who recognised a gap in the market for truly person-centred, high-quality supported living for adults with the most complex needs. Frustrated by services that prioritised process over people, our founders set out to build something different — a provider where every decision is guided by what is best for the individual. Today, we work with NHS commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare providers across England, delivering support that makes a real difference to people's lives.

Our clinical team
Swancare Solutions is led and staffed by qualified, experienced clinicians and care professionals. Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise across mental health, learning disabilities, autism, and psychological therapies — ensuring every individual receives support that is clinically informed and evidence-based.
Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
Our registered mental health nurses bring specialist clinical expertise in complex mental health conditions, risk management, and therapeutic support — ensuring safe, effective care for individuals with the most complex presentations.
Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD)
Our registered learning disability nurses provide specialist knowledge and clinical oversight for individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring support is tailored to each person's unique needs and communication style.
Autism Specialists
Our autism specialists — including practitioners qualified to administer ADOS and ADI-R assessments — provide expert guidance on autism-informed environments, communication strategies, and diagnostic pathways.
DBT & CBT Accredited Psychotherapists
Our accredited psychotherapists deliver evidence-based psychological therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — supporting individuals with personality disorders, trauma, and complex mental health needs.
CQC Registered Service
Swancare Solutions Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — the independent regulator of health and social care in England. CQC registration means we meet the fundamental standards of safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness, and leadership required to provide regulated care services.
