Who We Support
We specialise in supporting adults aged 18 and above with a range of complex conditions — working collaboratively with NHS commissioners, local authorities, and clinical teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We provide structured, therapeutic environments for individuals with complex and enduring mental health conditions.
Our support is trauma-informed and recovery-focused, designed to promote stability, wellbeing, and long-term community integration. We work closely with community mental health teams, psychiatrists, and other clinicians to ensure our support complements and enhances clinical care.

Our autism-specialist support is built around understanding each individual's unique profile.
We create environments and routines that reduce anxiety, support communication, and enable autistic adults to thrive. We work with individuals following traumatic or acquired brain injury to promote recovery and independence.
Our rehabilitation-focused support is designed to maximise functional ability and quality of life following brain injury. We work alongside neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to deliver integrated, goal-focused support.
We support individuals with:
Whatever the diagnosis, our starting point is always the person — their strengths, their goals, and what matters most to them. We use a range of evidence-based frameworks including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented practice to guide our work.
We use PBS frameworks to understand the function of behaviour and develop proactive strategies that improve quality of life and reduce the need for restrictive practices.
We recognise that many of the people we support have experienced significant trauma. Our approach prioritises safety, trust, and empowerment at every stage.
We believe in the possibility of recovery and growth for every individual. Our support is focused on building hope, agency, and meaningful participation in community life.
Our referrals team is happy to discuss your client's needs and advise on suitability before a formal referral. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
